We’re excited to share some great news - Lucy has joined the Workplace Scientifics team as our newest Occupational Hygienist.

Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge, practical skills, and a fresh perspective to our work. She’s passionate about helping businesses protect their people, keep workplaces safe, and stay compliant. From carrying out detailed workplace assessments to providing clear, actionable recommendations, Lucy is keen to help you protect your team’s health and prevent workplace ill-health.

Lucy has worked across manufacturing, construction, food processing and packaging industries, giving her a strong understanding of the different challenges each setting brings. She’s carried out noise monitoring, air monitoring and vibration assessments, and knows how to translate technical findings into clear, practical recommendations. Clients appreciate her approachable, down-to-earth style and her focus on building trust through open communication and reliable results.

My favourite service would be workplace exposure monitoring.
Q: What’s one thing you want clients to know about working with you?
I will provide a professional service and ensure I am communicating with the clients through the visit. This will ensure that their needs are being met and the problem at hand is being addressed.
